I got a job as a substitute teacher in Tondabayashi for the rest of this week. The good news is that I will make over $500 for four days work. The bad news is that my commute will take two hours each way and I have to catch the 5:57am express out of Sanjo Keihan. I finally splurged and bought the first of the Master and Commander series for the ride. I think it will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship full of arcane naval terms that I have no use to know. There is a companion book for the series just to try to help the reader with terminology and geography. I have forgone it, for now.
